Erin Kauzlarich
Offfice Support and Classroom Aide

Erin Kauzlarich finds her work at Trinity School very satisfying. She sees children enjoying their classes, receiving a good education, learning about God and His love for them, and she gets to be a part of it all. Erin arrives at school each day with a cheerful attitude indeed.

Erin was born and raised in Racine along with her husband, Craig. They have two children, Parker and Ella, who both attend Trinity School. Erin attended Horlick High School and entered the healthcare industry after graduation. Her love for working with children began with jobs at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Gastroenterology Department.

Mrs. Kauzlarich began volunteering at Trinity School when her son started preschool. In a perfect domino effect, volunteering led to the family’s church membership led to substituting for teacher’s aides led to regular employment!  As Erin reports, every day of this tumble has been a blessing.

In the classroom, Erin works with the third graders on their math and reading skills. She loves making the learning experience fun and enjoyable for each student. Erin also helps students pick out books in the school library, sharing her own love for reading.

When school is out, Erin likes to read, watch movies, and travel with her family. She and her husband are also huge Dallas Cowboy fans. (Wait a minute . . . ) Well, we forgive them, even if they do proudly fly the Cowboys’ flag on game days.

Erin tries to live by Colossians 3:12b, and she encourages students to do the same.

Clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.
