Amanda Marcado was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin. She attended Racine Unified schools through high school and then continued her education at UW-Whitewater. 

Most of Amanda’s family have been involved with education, and she has followed in their footsteps. Ms. Marcado serves Trinity as a kindergarten teacher’s aide and also assists in our childcare program (TLC) after school.

Amanda continues to make Racine her home, living a few miles from beautiful Lake Michigan. She loves Wisconsin with its changing seasons and especially likes being able to get to the beach in five minutes!  During her free time, Amanda enjoys being outside with her two dogs, gardening, soaking up the sunshine, and picnicking with her family.
