Amy Jung

Amy Jung
1st Grade Aide

Sharing God’s love with Trinity’s students and staff brings Amy Jung great joy!  Daily, Amy helps children to grow in their faith and succeed in their studies.

Amy and her husband, Todd, are blessed with two children. Ben attends the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and Emma attends Racine Lutheran High School. Both were students at Trinity Lutheran School from preschool through eighth grade.

The Jungs are active members of Trinity Lutheran Church. Mrs. Jung volunteered here for many years before joining the staff as a librarian and first-grade teacher’s aide. She loves helping out each summer with Trinity’s Vacation Bible School and also attended the 2019 National Youth Gathering in Minneapolis with our high schoolers.

Amy shares her love for books and reading both in the classroom and in the school library. She assists with Trinity’s participation in the Battle of the Books, a countywide reading challenge sponsored by Racine Public Library that involves teams of students from area schools.

In her free time, Amy loves being up north, out on the lake with Todd and the kids, fishing, walking in the woods, reading a good book, and taking every opportunity to be with the family and friends she cherishes.

Amy is comforted by Philippians 4:6-7.

Do not worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank Him for all He has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
